Description
Store away from heat and in a dry place.
Recommended preparation for a polenta: Boil 1L of water with a pinch of salt in a pot. Over low heat, add 200g of the corn grits, while stirring constantly. Put the lid on the pot and simmer the polenta for 30 minutes. Stir in Parmesan if necessary.
