DOVGAN Barley groats portioned in cooking bags 400 g
Barley caterpillars are a traditional product of Eastern European cuisine. Mainly they are used as a filling insert for soups and stews or as a healthy and tasty side dish.
Pearl barley is made from barley, which is one of the oldest cultivated plants of mankind. Pearl barley is rich in amino acid, microelements, potassium, calcium, iron, iodine, bromine, phosphorus, vitamins A, D, E and vitamins of group B.

Preparation:
1. Bring 1 liter of water per cooking bag to a boil. Put cooking bags in slightly salted boiling water. Simmer on low heat for about 40-50 minutes.
Для приготовления одного пакетика довести 1 литр воды до кипения. Положить пакетик в слегка подсоленую кипящую воду. Варить на маленьком огне примерно 40-50 минут.
2. Remove the cooking bag from the water with a fork and let it drain.
С помощью вилки достать пакетик и дать воде стечь.
3. Cut open the cooking bag and serve the buckwheat.
Разрезать пакетик и выложить содержимое на блюдо.
