Description
Solyanka is an intensive tasting and slightly sour Eastern European soup. Our "DOVGAN" Solyanka traditionally consists of white cabbage, salted Shiitake mushrooms, salted cucumbers and onions.
Preparation: Boil the contents of the glass with 500 ml of water in a saucepan and simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.
Yields: 950ml of ready-to-eat soup.
