Gently roasted zucchini, finely chopped carrots and tomatoes, seasoned with spices and oil and refined with herbs, stewn in their own juice for several hours until all the flavors have unfolded to perfection. The finely spicy zucchini puree is not only particularly delicious on bread or as a dip, but also refines sauces for pasta and meat dishes excellently.
After opening, store it in the refrigerator and consume it within a week.
