Peeled and ground barley grains portioned in cooking bags.

1 Cooking bag = 100 g

Filling quantity: 4 x 100 g

Preparation: put a cooking bag in 1 liter of boiling water. Add a pinch of salt. Simmer over medium heat in a closed saucepan for about 40-50 minutes. Remove the cooking bag from the water with a fork and let it drain. Cut open the cooking bag and serve the barley caterpillars.

Store in a dry place, protected from heat.
